Pay Pal Question...

If you buy something on eBay, pay with Pay Pal, and receive an empty box or the wrong item (sent on purpose), are you covered? There's a BIN with multiple items that I'm looking at purchasing multiples from, but I don't want to get burned if it's a scam, which it looks like it could be.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

    You might or might not be depending on Paypal on that day. You should be able to win a SNAD claim, but there is always that chance.

    I had that happen to me, paid with paypal (buyer credit) and they sent an empty box. I filed a claim, won and paypal refunded my money.
