Ugh!!! Should've waited a year....

I sold a 1978 Topps George Zeber (I know, who???) on Ebay last year for between 50 and 70 bucks.
And here it is the same card a year later.
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with what I got a year ago for the card, considering my total cost between the price of buying the card, and paying for shipping/grading was $7.50, but this just floored me. I mean, it's George Freaking Zeber.
Is there a sudden trend going on the '78 commons?

Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?
Forget blocking him; find out where he lives and go punch him in the nuts. --WalterSobchak 9/12/12

Looking for Al Hrabosky and any OPC Dave Campbells (the ESPN guy)

Seeking primarily PSA graded pre-war "type" cards
My PSA Registry Sets
34 Goudey, 75 Topps Mini, Hall of Fame Complete Set, 1985 Topps Tiffany, Hall of Fame Players Complete Set
All due to low pop, of course.
You can get the hall of famers (Bench, Yaz, etc.) in PSA 10 for half that, since more of those have been submitted and graded.
exactamundo. silly money for commons that are still out there just waiting to be graded.

Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
