Poppy on some "thick cards"

I had all these cards for quite sometime and decided to send them in under the 13 per, 5 day "special". Most of the cards are thick "memorabilia" type cards, hard to pull 10's on that stuff.

Nice job Matt! I'm guessing the 9's would have been 10's if it wasn't for the surface / edge dust:

Ah, the dustbowl. Those cards have been long since graded.

This was another batch collecting dust in my closet image

Cool. When I get them, I'll post scans of all of them so you can see the card and the gi-normous slabs they will be in.

The card is pretty heavy, but not really 2 lbs image

nice work matt, you dont see 10's in the thick holders very often....

do you like the phat slabs for thicker cards?

Do you have to submit these under the $13/5 special? If so, do you need to mark anything special for 'thick' cards?

    Funny you askimage

I submitted two cards from the same set (Motion Vision) a while back. The guy slabbing that day decided to stuff them in the regular slab and killed them. PSA was good about it and gave me $60.00 worth of vouchers becuase the operations manager agreed with me that the slabber should have known better.

So now I dont take any chances. What I did was staple a paper to the sub form stating that all cards need to be in the slabs for thicker cards.

I would be afraid to submit thick cards without writing clear instructions.
