Ever find cards you sold in someone's ebay store 10 years later?

I submitted this card myself almost 10 years ago and sold it for $1000.00 When graded cards were like Tech stocks...

Antoine Walker Sgc 100

WOW! image I remember those days. When I look back now, I can't believe some of the prices. I do remember the people in the know saying to invest in vintage. Turns out it was great advice.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

WOW! I can see that card being a killer card back when SP first got hot and the SGC 100 was unatainable for the mortal man. Remember the A-Rod SP SGC 100? Has there been anymore of them? I think it sold really high.

What many collectors don't realize is that since BGS ever-so-subtly dropped their standards, a BGS 10 is now just as hard to get as a PSA 10, and a BGS 9.5 is more like an actual 9.5. BGS 10's no longer have to be perfect in every way without the tiniest flaw like they used to.

I have never seen a BGS 100. They must be pretty rare. I guess you have to get the hair gel subgrade to score one of those. image

I sent in over 350 kobe sp rookies and had a buyer lined up for sgc 100 at 10k on that card. (Same guy who purchased the walker).

No 100.. Never sent in another card to sgc.

Many years ago, there were two (2) 1985 Topps Mark McGwire SGC 100. And today, there are still two (2) of them. I recall the last one, had to be in the late 90s, e.g. 1998, 1999, went up on ebay at topped out, if I recall, at over $12,000.00 and still didn't meet the reserve. I wonder where those two cards are now? If they ever came up for auction, I'd bid on them.

I think I also recalled the SGC 100 SP ARod.....it was also at $12,000 or $14,000 or $18,000 (can't remember exactly)
and didn't meet the reserve. That was back in 1998.
