What are these Manning cards worth?

I am negotiating a trade for a Walter Payton RC (NM) and the guy wants both of these Manning cards. The Beckett value for these cards is $50-$60 each. Can someone give me a value with the PSA-10 grade. The Rookie of the Year is 1 of 6 and the Shields is 1 of 1 in the Population Report.

    It's really tough to predict what these type of cards will bring. I would say the Shields would bring about $100-175 and the ROY would bring about $60-100. I know it's a broad range, but there's really nothing on ebay comparable in the last 3 months. The only thing close is a pop 2 Pacific Manning PSA 10 that brought $100, but the cards you have actually bring decent money raw.

    If I were you, I would actually roll the dice and sell the Manning cards on ebay, and pick up a PSA 7 Payton rookie with the money. The absolute worst you're going to do here is $150, and that's enough to buy a PSA 7. There's a chance the bidding gets out of hand on the Shields 1/1, so you might end up doing a lot better. Let me put it this way- I'd happily pay you $150 for the two Peyton's.

    I was thinking take the trade as the Mannings are not that great. I think Lee makes a good case though, list them on ebay with a reserve or better yet do Buy It Now with a Best Offer. That is a better way to fish than a reserve listing IMO.
