  A single PSA slab in a bubble mailer would cost $1.00. If you add extra cardboard and/or padding to make the package thicker then it will probably add another ounce so $1.31 note there is no delivery confirmation available unless you choose Express Mail.

  If shipping outside the US, or shipping more then a couple cards, go ahead and spend the $0.50 and use one of the 400 ct. card boxes. You can buy these at a very fair price on ebay in lots of 50.
