On-site grading services??

If I want to use PSA to grade some cards at the National, do I have to be a member or can I just drop them off at their booth?? I have a 1993 Collectors Choice John Elway signed card that I pulled out of a pack years ago and would like to get it authenticated. Also what is the difference in just getting an autograph card authenticated compared to graded??

I think you have to be a member, as for the difference between having a auto graded and authenticated is well in the first instance they grade the card and auto only. In the second they just authenticate it. I think so anyway.

For onsite service you do not need to be a member.
The card you describe above would need to go through Autographed Card Grading & Authentication Service. PSA/DNA authenticators and PSA graders would view the piece.
Fees for onsite grading start at $30 per card (valued under $1000) and go up from there.

I bought a 1969 Topps Nolan Ryan at a Tristar show once that looked really nice. I walked over to the BGS table and did the raw card review and they told me that it had been trimmed. I went back to the dealer and he gave me my money back. The funny thing is that we held it up to other '69s and there was no size difference, but it's nice to have that safety net (on site grading) so you don't realize there is a problem until after you get home.
Just so there are no arguements I am not a BGS fan, they just happen to set up at Tristar, and not PSA. If I were at a show where PSA was doing on site grading then I would definitely go with them.
