    He's on my bad seller list. Don't remember if he was a shipping gouger/mail 'em in a plain white envelope, or if he changed his mind on selling me a card I bid on.
    Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

    Yeah. He was the one who sold me an Orr rookie in a tampered PSA case. Sent the card to PSA and they verified it. Refused to grant me a refund because PSA had removed it from the case and he couldn't unload it on someone else. Had to file fraud claim against him with PayPal before he would pay me back.

    I know he was shill bidding with his buying account. he was suspended about a year ago for it. not sure if he's doing that any more.

    I had bid on a signed 69' mantle psa/dna and would have won it but his buying account won the card (booboo221 or something like that is one of them)
