Scanner glare or edge chipping?

I need some unbiased opinions. While I want it for my set, I dont want to waste $10.00 plus shipping if its all chippy.

Along the top edge of the card toward the left.

What do you fine people think?

Looks chipped since it doesn't go all the way across like scanner glare would, but what the heck is with the scratching all over the left side next to his thigh? Is that on the card or the holder?

id ask the dude matt, that ones kind iffy ,it not quite sitting in there straight and the scan i cant really tell,could be either,i find it hard to believe psa would miss something like that big , as they sure just dont give out 10's unless you send in a million cards and are on a first name basis with em,lol the holder thing could be scatched or sticker glue on it, id take a chance on a 10
