Is this Legit?

Cards llok legit, with exception of possibly the Mays. Low feedback seller though. What do you guys think?

  • the 3 graded cards seems good to me.

obviously the mays is fake, which casts suspicion on the other cards. why would it not be graded otherwise? why would a seller include the raw card? that bothers me.

Yeah, I do not get a "warm fuzzy feeling" looking at that auction. Something doesn't feel right, not just the Mays, the Mantle bothers me for some reason also.

That seller is a consignment seller and probably doesn't know any better.

I really like that Mantle. I realized they are consignment. I emailed them about the Mays and they said they gurantee it to be 100% authentic and 100% unaltered. I seriously doubt I will bid here, but I sure would like to buy that lot at a steal and move the payton and magic and cut my money on the Mantle, the mays I would likely trash.

Mantle is worth about a grand, maybe a little more. The Mays, if legit, would be worth about $300 and the Bird/Magic and Payton are $150 cards. Factor in the probability that the Mays is fake and the lot is worth about $1500 (and about $1700 if the Mays is legit). I don't see this one going for under $1200, so there's no way you're stealing anything here.

I know its not a steal, but I really like the Mantle eye appeal as most low grade on eBay are unpresentable.
