  probably so.. i remember i even paid like 50 cents more per pack back in the early 90s so i could get the rookie card top loads..

  I bought a case of the rookie card toploads a few weeks ago. Most people are to dumb to know which is a rookie.

  I've got an idea how someone could make a fortune: make a toploader that has "Non-Rookie Card" on it. It's a sure seller!!
