Paper loss vs. Paper stuck

Does anyone have any knowledge in whether or not PSA will grade more harshly on paper loss vs. having a piece of tape stuck on a card? Specifically, I have an opportunity to purchase a T206 hof'er with about a dime sized piece of paper/tape stuck to the back. Otherwise the card would be a PSA 4. What should I expect from PSA?

    I would expect a PSA 2...

Paper loss is definitely worse than paper stuck...and sometimes paper stuck can be removed (carefully)
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

Send a scan to the customer service e-mail and give them a chance to check it out for you.

I worked with one customer in the past who sent in a T3 the had a small tear that someone taped years ago and it was considered altered.

tape makes it altered in my experience....even if it was placed by the original owner (as in a 1914 cracker jack)
