  It technically means questionably authenticity.
  
  
  But it basically means PSA thinks it's a fake/reprint.

  I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
