If you are in the market for one and have the cash, yeah I think it is a pretty nice card. I would email the seller and see if he would drop the BIN any to try to make it a better deal. I have a BGS 4.5 I bought raw that I am happy with, but if I was looking for one, I think that is a pretty solid card with a reasonable price tag. I am sure some will tell you that the qualifier kills it and that its not worth half of that, but to each his own.
I'd rather have a straight 7 than an 8OC, but that's just me. Something about it being off-center like that (to me, at least) really drags down the overall appeal of the card.

Wouldn't we all, but there is quite a significant price difference between an 8 OC and a straight 7.
