Large submission forms?

Can someone provide a link to the sub forms past the 20. I want to send in about 150 cards.

    Every time I see this question it makes me think that it would be a whole lot easier if PSA could just make it so their online submission form could keep growing as long as you kept entering cards.

    I just opened up the link.

    I have heard others say they just put the form columns on an excel spreadsheet. Then on the submission form "see attached".

    i also use an excel sheet, with "see attached" on the form.
