I thought i would take a different approach to such a long wait. C'mon July 9th!!!!

    When do free grades kick in? on another thread, someone said there is a 47 day period until free grades. On another thread, someone said there are NO free grades/no guaranteed turnaround. I have a march special from 4/18 (spent 3 weeks prior to that on the problem shelf b/c of a missing page). no grades as of 6/21. will I ever get free grades? Where does it say you get free grades?

    PSA guarantees the turnaround times for clearly marked packages. PSA’s turnaround guarantee assures you that PSA will have grades available in the number of business days specified. For example, for Premium (Same Day),Walk-Through (Same Day), Super Express (2 Day), Express (5 Day), Regular (10 Day), PSA will have grades available the following number of days after the day our receiving department processes your order.The number of days it takes for the delivery agency (U.S. Registered Mail) to return graded cards/tickets to the submitter is not included in the number of days alloted to PSA’s turnaround guarantee. If PSA fails to meet the turnaround guarantee on paid submissions, you will receive a grading voucher equal to the number of days your order was delayed (not to exceed the total number of items). For example, if your order of 3 cards has a guaranteed turnaround time of 10 business days but was completed in 13 business days, you will receive 3 grading vouchers for the same service level; this excludes grading specials and complimentary submissions. Guarantees are invalid during the weeks of major card shows PSA attends. Note: Available services and turnaround times are subject to change.     So it is only for regular services carew, not Collector club specials? My package was clearly marked. Seems like the march special is the longest turnaround yet.

    Their words are 45 working days---why bother with any amount of days if you aren't going to back it up. Seems to be a pointless statement.

    Why not just state that "when your cards are graded, we will ship them to you". I'm sure they are already heading in that direction.

    carew , 3 orders right behind you , was hoping to get at least 1 before the holiday , now I don't care if they aren't done til september so that I can get some vouchers. thing is I am guessing your order has a bunch of oddballs. my orders are all regular issue topps stuff and 2 of the orders are all of the same set. so much for that theory.

    I sent an order in at the end of May (5.00 non sports) it was entered into the system on June 1st. I got my cards back last week.

    bravo PSA.

    I then sent in another order on June 28th it has yet to reach them.

    I just won a non sport card set on ebay and the minute I get it, it too will be sent off. I have yet to encounter a problem with PCGS or PSA. <fingers crossed>

    I have a 5 day/$13 special that was logged in on Monday, June 25th. It should have been done yesterday (Monday) but no grades popped! I called today and the lady said maybe later today or on Thursday!! I will be getting some free grades to go along with my big stack from previous subs!! I must have bad luck with psa and turn times. My last few subs have been lousy on waits. Each of my $5 specials took 45 days exactly! I sent in 32 cards under the 10 day service and they took 2 weeks to get logged in and still took 12 days to get graded and now my 5 day special is late!!! Shame on psa! I'm getting fed up with poor service...especially when I am paying extra for quicker turns that aren't happening!

    the 5 day specials are not guaranteed so i don't think you will be getting vouchers on that one .
