NAXCOM Question

I checked out NAXCOM for the 1st time today. Who runs it? Most of the prices I saw would make Levi blush. Has anyone had success using them to buy or sell? Their fees looked high, but I liked the idea of owing nothing if an item does not sell.

They are privately owned and have a pretty small staff, at least on the Naxcom side. You can call them and a real person answers.
The stock market design is great and it seems that The Pit, which is owned by Naxcom, has perfected it.
The reason I no longer like to use it is, their search engine leaves something to be desired. If they adopted Ebay's or sportlots search system, and combined it with their own selling philosophy and procedures, they could be the best. I really do not like that there is no consistency in their searches.
I really do not understand why they do not fix it. The Pit has a great search engine.
Just my 2 cents
I love the Buy offer option, helps me post cards I want and maybe someday.....
Had a few problems buying with condition and even a buyers remorse on a Jeter/Bush I sold. Everything always worked out. Live customer service is a plus too.
