Players with glasses

This might be an off the wall topic but I was looking at some 67s and 65s on Ebay and noticed that quite a few players wore glasses back then. I thought it would be funny to post some of the funniest looking ones. This guy Veale is always wearing some goofing looking glasses on his cards.

What a magnificent piece.
I also remember Veale wearing glasses that had wire earpieces that almost wrapped completely around his ears so that they would stay on. He was a tough leftie.
The old Lowell Palmer 70 Topps card is a winner also.

Are those the opposite of beer goggles?
COPPER is gutter !

Here's another happy looking guy.
This guy was mentioned but what is up with this guy??
On some cards he looks like he's missed a dose of medication and on
others it looks like he's seriously constipated.

I thought of your thread as soon as I took one look at this card the other night. They take up half of his face!
