Are these Canadian PL sets

This gentleman bought lots of stuff in the early 50-60's has orginal US Mint Sets
These were given to him from his Dad,wo got them in Canada,
Are these PL sets ??

Canadian $1 collectors: Was 1955 an Arnprior year? I don't have my Charlton book near me.

Yes, 1955 is an Arnprior year.

Thought so. I haven't collected the Arnpriors, but some of them are $$$.
