I was just looking thru my 1973 set and thought this was a very strange background.

From what 10,000 women have said, if that was Wilt Chamberlain, the card would have had to been on a 1971 Topps tallboy!

Interesting observation .
I love it when we go throught the cards and then see something we've never noticed before .
And yes, someone needs some grout cleaner . . .some scubbin bubbles or sumthin .

A lot of shots from that era are taken somewhere like that (hallways were popular, too.)
I like the 73 Suns cards, which seem to have been taken at Olan Mills.

I've always liked cards with really unusual backgrounds like that. Maybe we should all post some like that for this topic?
