1964 Topps Mantle uncut block of 4 cards

I have the opportunity to buy a 1964 uncut block of 4 cards. Mantle is one and I forget the other three. The sheet was cut about 2 inches outside the 4 card block so it includes a part of all the surrounding cards (12). Of the 4 whole cards, 3 have slight surface creases......but not the Mantle. Technically the Mantle could be cut down to size and be near perfect. What would a good price be to pay for this?
Thanks,
Bob

I'll just offer an opinion, for what it's worth.
The "sheet" or block sounds fairly ugly.
3 of the 4 cards have surface creases but not the Mantle - that sounds fairly suspect. Have you checked it over carefully?
That being said, the Mantle card is connected to other cards. To liberate it from that condition would mean to cut it, thus altering it because it didn't leave the factory that way. Given all that, I wouldn't pay more for the sheet than what a vg or ex '64 Mantle would go for.
as I said - just my opinion. Didn't want you going all day without one.image

$100 - $150. While unique, it is an oddball piece. Of course it could be a BVG 9.5 too. I like than Mantle card myself.
