Am I breaking rules?

89 Fleer B/W test card-FAKE
I report them to ebay always and have yet to see them get pulled by ebay. Half the time the seller does after I talk with them.
On ebay now theres 6 of them. 5 from one seller and one guy has one for $500 +
ON seller says Im a scam trying to rip him off? and other said its real his scan is bad??
So I posted this ebay auction to try to inform people. Am I within ebay rules? Or since Im offering a photocopy should I fix it somehow??
Thanks,Donovan

Somehow actually have an item up for bid and change the title of your auction around to catch more searchers...like having Fleer in the title, etc...
You could make your auction just like one of the boguss ones and in bold print in the description state exactly what is going on but you do need to actually have an item available to sell.
Perhaps sell a printed copy of that article in your letter for 50c including shipping?
It's a great gesture, and it would be a shame if ebay gives you the BS.
Here's to ya Donovan.
I think as long as you're selling something, you're fine. I would suggest adding "test" or "test run" in the listing title.
Nice job.
Originally I copied the seller of 5's title, then another popped up so I tried to mix both. I think latest attempt is best and added a subtitle.
What gets me is the gaul (sp?) to say they were from the Fleer factory. Wheres the other 659 B/W test cards from the set?
