  Looks legit from the scan. Header card is correct with the large punch hole and the cello appears properly aged. I'm leery though about the no paypal and the return policy: "Return is possible if item was incorrectly described". Seller has good FB though, and has bought and sold some higher end unopened packs in the past if memory serves.

  he sold some 68 racks a year or so ago that went to top collectors that were happy. looks ok from the scan to me but you need to make sure it was not resealed, the barry brothers are famous for searching racks. their were 3 types in 71 based on popular belief, yellow header with printing on back, blank back, or the punched 4th card type
