Any refunds on grading for cards deemed ungradable?

I recently got a not graded due to minizero (size). Do you get any refund for these?

you should get a voucher for a free grade. if you don't see it in a few weeks give them a call.

the voucher should have been in the box with the returned card(s).

Ive received the voucher both ways at various times, In the box and a week or two later mailed seperatly. As Earlyc says just contact them if nothing comes in a couple of weeks.
