"Special" item, or just a little better than an "average" unopened '75 mini pack? Unsure how to value this one...

Definitely worth a nice premium over the average 75 wax pack if you choose to list it on ebay.

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
