Hey Darksiders, is this an error coin?

I'm sure many of you know MadMarty and his collection. I was pulling out his weenies to see which one I wanted to shoot (Pun intended but that just sounds so wrong) anyway, take your time cleaning the soda off your monitor and look at the pictures below. I believe this might be a clipped planchet... What do you all think?

Thanks for your opinions,
Ray

has the looks of one, but you will need to hear from someone like seanq to be sure
  • I believe that your coin is simply circumsized, and not clipped.

Good eye - that's a rim clip, and definitely a genuine mint error. As we all know, that makes the coin worthless, so as a one-time favor, you should immediately send it to me for proper disposal. image
