Has anyone heard of any word if or when they will be being released.....I had heard a rumor that they were going to be discontiued. Just had a colorful discussion with an dealer that said that the Royal Mint was asking for a large order minimum to get wholesale.

It sure is! It's the P-38 that they found in the ice in Greenland. It was dug up from being buried under 268 feet of ice, brought to Kentucky, and completely refurbished. The owners named it the Glacier Girl.

I hope they don't discontinue the series - I still need to buy a 2006 BU, as well as the 2007 one. After that - they can do whatever they want

Will the 2006 still be available from the royal mint once the 2007 is released? I was planning on buying both from the mint, but I hate to pay shipping twice if I can help it.

Anyone planning on submitting any for grading? Anyone know the release date?

I just got two 2005s and two 2006s back from PCGS. All of them graded MS-69s.
