    He has a 11/29 revision note in the ad saying that shipping is free, but insurance will still be $45.

    The Duke is a great seller. He probably just put in $5000 into the insurance calculator at USPS and printed out the number. Shipping this item registered and insured should cost around $20-$25, but Priority Insured is around the price he is quoting. Those who are buying this card probably aren't going to care too much about an unintentional $20 overcharge in shipping.
  • Insurance will be around 53.00 dollars for 5,000 dollars which is the maximum insurance you can get with USPS. Sending the card registered doesn't cost much, the insurance is what kills you !!
    25.00 dollars for registering and insurance is far off the total for shipping !!

    $25 is correct insured and registered. You get a FAR better rate on the insurance than standard mailing. Here is the example.
