Most of these are from an East box I bought from BBCE recently. I thought for sure all the east cards would be at least a 9. On the other hand I bought 3 raw mid-west sets from a guy about 3 months ago for about $10.00 total and out of those cards I have managed to get 4 PSA 10's so far. Three of the 10's are the first ones ever graded a 10 and the other one has a population of 2. Go figure.
