Will PSA count off for this? Finest Pujols Auto - I NOW HAVE AN ANSWER!!!!!!

I just bought this off of Ebay. The signature is faded, but the card appears to be in great shape. If I send this in, will PSA count off any for the faded auto? Since the autograph is not in question, will they grade just the structure of the card? I bought it for the simple fact that the card will be just fine for my collection, and I already have a PSA 9 which I will be able to sell for much more than what I gave for the faded one.

What is your opinion? Would you pay more for that specific card in a PSA 9 holder?
For me, the eye appeal would not be very high no matter what the grade is. It does bring up an interesting point though, what if it were slabbed as a 9 and then the autograph faded?
My main question, though, is how does PSA treat such a thing?
