Stunning 1877 Silver Coin Money Antique

I usually don't do this, but the eBay coins from China are getting worse.

I guess I've been away from eBay too long. I found so many confusing and deceptive items from China I stopped looking. 1877-D Peace Silver Dollar Roll???!!!

Your odds of getting an authentic coin from a seller in China are about the same as winning the state lottery, so as long is it's not costing you more than a buck or so total, it may be worth a gamble...

Or you could just save the time and burn the dollar bill.

    Wow. Those are indeed stunning.

I am just as stunned as if somebody whacked me in the head with a log.

That's as good as the 1905 Silver Eagle I saw.

Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.

Yep, stunning is the new HOT word in the Chinese counterfeit offerings this month.
Some of them are selling rolls of the stuff now. Probably discounting them because they're overstocked. image

I would stay as far away as possible from this seller, What a scam, ........ Look's like Fleebay has yanked the auction....LOL..... Seller need's to be Narue'd, You would have a better chance of getting those coin's by getting a shovel and digging straight down to China, Afterall, you will probably have to track him down to either get the coin's or your money back.........image

I got a little suspicious of the first auction when I saw an "Stunning 1877 Silver Coin Money Antique" featuring the likeness and motto of Queen Elizabeth II.

The second one was so great because the scan is so blurry of the roll itself, the description is of an "1877" Maria Theresa taler, and the scan of an individual coin was of an 1877 trade dollar. Simply stunning!

I am stunned that ebay allows itself to be devalued in this way. I guess it made the listing fee and no one cares about authenticity from a Chinese auction but how long before these listings take over the whole of flea bay?
