A few stragglers to trade

After a long year at NYU playing baseball, interviewing celebrities for MTV, and putting school in the furthest position on the depth chart as allowed by law, but still managing to keep my scholarship and earn a free trip to Ghana, I have finally decided to settle down and start collecting again. After reorganizing my PSA cards following my family's move, I realized I have a few duplicates.

I have the following available for trade. In return, I'm looking for something equal, but something I don't have. Lets put it this way, if you would like any of this, make me an offer that includes something from either 1968 Topps, 1970 Kelloggs, 1974 Topps, or 1979 Topps. I like 1969 Topps, too. image

Here's the list:

1968 Topps

#4 AL RBI Leaders PSA 7
#4 AL RBI Leaders PSA 5OC
#5 NL HR Leaders PSA 5
#366 Ron Santo All-Star PSA 7
#378 Bob Gibson All-Star PSA 8
#512 Grant Jackson PSA 7
#546 Roy White PSA 7
#582 Jerry Grote PSA 8

1970 Kelloggs

Reggie Jackson PSA 9

1974 Topps

#50 Rod Carew PSA 9PD
#128 John Ellis PSA 7
#145 Dock Ellis PSA 8
#293 Milt May PSA 8
#298 Roric Harrison PSA 8
(2) #474 WS Game 3 PSA 7
#486 Steve Stone PSA 9
#538T Cesar Tovar PSA 9
#585T Merv Rettenmund PSA 8
#630T Tommie Agee PSA 9OC

1979 Topps

#20 Joe Morgan PSA 9
#50 Steve Garvey PSA 9

Quality really varies from card to card, as is evident by the grades. I figured I'd post these here to see if anyone wants to trade to help fill some of our gaps. This is a great community and I'm glad to see it is still going strong.

    Ian-

I have 1968 Topps #253 Dick Hughes PSA 7 and #153 WS Game 3 PSA 8 available for trade. Let me know if you need either of these. I would be interested in either the 1979 Garvey or Morgan.

    Thanks!

Ian, My son starts grad school at NYU in Sept. Do you have any buddies near the Village or SoHo needing a roommate? Thanks, Steve F

    to keep it on topic... Trade bait below;

    Hey Steve!

Unfortunately, all of my friends do the school dorm/appartment set up. It gets tough for grad students to get housing; I know my teaching assistances lived all over including Jersey City, Brooklyn, and Queens. They aren't that bad of areas.

As for the Village or SoHo, I hear it can get pretty expensive there, even more so than the student housing, which grad students have a tremendously tough time being placed into. I would try Jersey City first followed by Brooklyn and then as a last resort, only because it is a bit further away, Queens if nothing turns up in the low end of Manhattan.
