    I don't care what carol says, there is something strange going on with the 814/815 grader. I'd bet every single card I have on it.

    And when wcsports1 is involved with the cards, my spider sense is VERY tingly.

    I'm sorry, but when 76/80 1993 Refractors during a one-week period is graded PSA 10 (literally) by the 815... grader, there is something VERY fishy going on. Period.

    Sorry, Wagner's house isn't getting bids at the $180k asking price. My Wagner 10's are worth $3M-$5M each, even with the pop now at 5. I'll trade you one of my Wagner 10's for the Wagner house and the rest of the houses on that block.

    and with the support of the surrounding neighborhood, I
    suspect it would be a good site for "exhibits and tours."

    That's the problem. The neighborhood has fought tooth and nail to resist the current owners' attempts to turn it into a museum. That's why it won't sell for the asking price. They paid something like $120k for it. Sounds like a nice investment for someone who wants to live in the house. You can't get a small shack here in California for that price.
