Only 2,826 cards in the set, you should be able to have it up to 85% by the end of the month, right? It's only 2,402 cards.image

jackstraw, how many different Griffeys do you already have?
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

Forget blocking him; find out where he lives and go punch him in the nuts. --WalterSobchak 9/12/12

    John,

Congrats!! When I read the title of the thread though, I was hoping that Griffey was finally ready to play today. This never-ending-pseudo-disabled-list thing is wearing on me. image

I have to assume this is by far the biggest player set registry?

Bonds has 'only' 1600 something cards in his...are there any others even close to this monstrosity?

Was this player set just introduced??? I can't believe there wasn't a Griffey set out there yet. Terry Forster has a Basic AND Master set out there!

What is the difference between the basic set and the master set???? is the basic only for mainstream cards and the master set for mainstream and all the odd ball cards out there??? I looked at the basic and seems like it also has some off the wall cards in it>....anyone know who decides on this? I've started a master set but know I'll never finish it.....

He is 36 so I will say 6 more season's, if he avg's 25 HR's a year it will put him at 689 so he might hang around to get 700?

I would think that Jordan would have to be close-- but Griffey will definitely pass him (if he hasn't already) by the time his career is over.

There are a million MJ insert sets out there with between 10-30 cards in them. I don't know the exact number, but I have to think it's in the thousands.
