Mantle card info

Anyone have any idea what this card is all about? Its larger than a regular card. My local card shop owner gave it to me but I never really got the scoop on it. The year is Topps 2006.

Looks like a promo. My dealer used to give me cards like that when he got them, he figured I spent enough there. Probably Topps but not sure which set.

But pay more attention to bobsbbcards, he knows a lot more than I do.

Thanks for the info bob. Do you know if there is an entire run for every Mantle topps card made or is this it?

They've got all of his Topps regular issue cards. They might have more, but the only one's I've seen on eBay have been Topps. Just search eBay for "2006 bazooka topper".
