    saw your location in your ebay listing & just figured I would let you know (if you didn't already know) that Bednarik is doing a signing at a show at the Montgomery Mall down in North Wales PA from 12-2pm on sat. I believe autos are 15.00 (inscriptions 45.00).

    I'm not affiliated with the show at all, but I'll be going down to get Bednarik to sign a few items. Just figured I'd let you know, in case you were interested image

    As Johnny Carson would say, "I did not know that." I will definitely be there though. I went to one of his signings (Lenny Moore was there too) in Canton about a year and a half ago, and he put on a good show for his fans.

    Wow, your bidding on this card went through the roof! I was looking at SMR on this card and its $165 for a PSA 5: yours is over a GRAND now! Somebody wants this bad. Am I missing something or is the SMR way off base....................

    In my opinion SMR is off base - Look at that pop reports for it the highest grade is a 7. A 6 sold for about $2,300 a few weeks ago and another PSA 5 went the other day for just a bit more than this one using BIN. In fact, the 6 went to the seller of this one if I am not mistaken.

    Hmmm? My user name and the EBAY ID of the leading bidder have something in common.

    Long way to go....... Good luck on the bidding, it's a sweet card.

    You are correct. I did purchase the Bednarik PSA 6 for just over $2300 recently off EBAY and even outbid MOSH and that is why my PSA 5 is available. SMR is irrelevant when it comes to many cards that is why most PSA members are advocating change with it. Not only is it a sweet card, but it is a key card for 4 sets: 1948 Leaf Set, All-Time Defenders Set, Bednarik Player Set, and the Eagles Team Set. Good Luck on the auction.
