carew-keep hope alive. My 12/1 sub was graded on 1/17. In fact, FedEx attempted to deliver the cards yesterday but I still don't have either email from PSA that the grades are available or that it shipped. Go figure.

I was pretty happy with my grades as well.

Out of 26 cards, I was dead on 15 of them, I was low by 1 grade on 7 others. The other 4 were 1 grade lower than I expected, and 3 of those were the bowman chrome rc's from 05, I really figured they were all 10's but 3 of the 4 got 9's and only 1 was a 10. Ah well.

313xxxx were my cert #'s. Post is in the Set Reg and SC&M forums if you're interested.

Yeah, it been a long time since submissions were running this bad. I sent in my order in the middle of November. It took them 2 or 3 weeks to even enter it into the computer so my log in date is 12/6 and I'm still waiting. It's been over 2 months snce they left my hands. I could have turned that money over a couple times on ebay since then and made a few bucks but instead it's tied up with this. It's beginning to get frustrating.

Sixdart- you're a lucky man!! I called on Friday and was told 35 days for all the $5 registry specials from November/December.. You made it under the deadline!! I have a sub from 12/3 of 29 cards that didn't get posted as of Friday!! Early next week hopefully.. If my count is right 35 days for me will be on Tuesday the 24th...

I guess PSA "must" be doing financially well as they are taking months to complete November's orders. Maybe we can show PSA that we can wait as well by not sending any in for a few months.

Hey Joe-- I'm still waiting for an explanation on how people are getting their January $5 results from a e-mail i sent you over a week ago. Do i have to wait 35 business days as well for a response?

4 of the 5 orders were graded by December 30th . The fifth is still outstanding

I sent in another 4 orders on December 30th
As of Jan 26 4 of 4 are graded

Howdy!
The wait is finally over for me! November special logged in 12/3 and graded today 1/23. I figured Tuesday was Day 35 so I wasn't surprised to see the grades pop!! Hang in there guys, the wait sucks but the longer you wait the better the grades!! Ha Ha Ha Don't I wish!

1) finally received back my 3 free grades--by the apparent grader of death 313

but in reality i thought the 69 Milt would 5, and i accidently put i small crease on the Dell, i thought i would try to slip it past PSA. The 71 Carew i thought would 8 but not shocked by the 7. So IMO 313 gave the correct grades.

Now the real test will be the large order that was sent with this one.

PSA mislabels cards all the time on parallel/variation cards. What really p*sses me off is that I write the parallel type under the "Variety" column and the card is still mislabeled. I know that mistakes happen but there are 3 from my last submission that I have to get reslabbed at the next Sun Times show.

I got them to change them before they shipped this time. Last time that didnt happen. I think there is another one on this submission but I am not sure until I get them back. Otherwise I will have to take them back at the Sun Times show as well. Thankfully we live here and can do that a few times a year. Its a royal pain to have to resend them. I also had one wrong on my last submission. They thought there was a parallel that didnt exist so decided what I wrote was incorrect. Which means I cant add it to my Favre set yet. I emailed them a pic of the card, scans from the Beckett guide and also a scan of the Beckett guide that they got the card confused over. Hopefully, I hear back soon and I wont have to send it back in to add for the set registry. That happened a while ago with a card that they forgot to but an R at the end. 1996 Playoff Leathers.

I have actually had good luck with my past two submissions of the Perez Puerto Rican Stickers with two 9s. The first one is posted in my Perez Master set. Sorry the photo is so small but I have not been able to get them any bigger and still come under the size requirements.

mcholke- Here is a response from another thread regarding scanning and uploading pics.

1. Place card or item in scanner
2. Open Photoshop
3. On the top menu bar click "file"
4. Click import the name of your scanner should show in the menu then click that
5. When the scanner Opens click preview
6. After the the scanner shows you the preview drag your mouse over the section of the image you want to scan if it's the whole thing just point at the top left hand corner and drag the mouse of the whole image till it's within the box then click scan
7. After the image is scanned close your scanner and the image will appear in photoshop
8. On the top tool bar click image then click image size
9. In the Document Size Box type in the size you want the image to be.
10. On the top tool bar click "file"
11. Click "Save As" when the menu opens up click jpeg.
12. When the "jpeg options" menu opens adjust the bar below the image quality to low ( this will give you an image under 100k)

I found that the 2 main things to make the scan upload is step 12 and lowering pixel count to 150.

I finally just got back my last November submission. I was very happy with the 8 and 9. They did not grade the Clemente coin which was like the others. Not sure why. Here are the results.
