Is anyone else having trouble adding coins today ?

I wondered if anyone else is having problems adding coins to or updating their sets this afternoon ?

    I had to hit the Refresh button a few times today at the PCGS site, but it eventually worked.

    Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...

    No problem getting in. Finding the certificate number was another story. image

    It was really messed up for a while..... I had to keep re doing my adds like 8 times.... pages kept coming up blank

    This was my first time a fresh cert number wasn't recognized by the Registry. It was validated by the Cert Validation page though image

    I had a heck of a time. It seems if you have no coins to add, it is a real problem image

    There is some kind of conflict in the software which they are aware of and are working on. Two coins that I'm holding in my hand I was told were invalid numbers for the registry even though the cert. number lookup correctly identified them. I emailed Gayle and they will correct the problem.

    Still can't get to the log-in page to see if they added my certificate number yet. Oh well, I guess I can sit and start at the piece a little longer.

    Thanks , everyone. I thought it might just be me. Today , I can't get into the registry at all. Yesterday , when trying to add a coin , it said the cert# was invalid , but when I entered the number for it to do a cert. check , it gave the exact description of the coin as a valid number. I e-mailed PCGS yesterday , but haven't received a reply. With any luck they'll get this straight soon. I was going to try adding a different coin today , but can't even get as far as I did yesterday.image
