What would these Grade?

  Have you seen the cards in person? The scan of the Williams card crops off all the edges and corners (or so it appears) which makes it nearly impossible to truly evaluate the card.

  I thought the same thing as well, at least it appears that way. I haven't seen the cards in person. I guess if those edges/corners aren't cropped it's a pretty nice card.

  There's *no way* the edges and corners on the scan accurately depict the actual card. If you work with the guy, I'd just ask him to bring them in.

  1 and 7 if legit and assuming scan is not cut off. Strange he wouldn't just bring them in to work to show you.

  I disagree. The Williams cards clearly has bunged up corners if you look really close to your computer screen. I'd say a 6 if your lucky!

  By the way, I am looking at the scan of the reverse. Dings are hard to tell with the white back ground, so stick to the reverse scan. And yes, that Christy Mathewson card would be sweet in any condition!
