is it a good idea to go for any sets in the 50'sor 60's in low graded such as 5 or better

What it means that at 60% SMR sell, you can get a postive return value - in compared to grading fees - at PSA 5 for the years 1952-1955; for PSA 6, 1952-1957; etc. It's also useful in determining your buy value threshold - FOR NON-STARS ONLY.
