What's wrong with this card? (76 Payton)

It's listed as a PSA8 (PD) which is print defect, but being unfamiliar with the card, I can't see it.


Any insight from the experts on it?

    Hard to see from just the scan but I would imagine it was given that grade for a reason.

    Maybe they're refering the half circle stain at the bottom edge, although it looks like a wax stain to me. Also, around the football (near the "B"), there seem to be some minor ink splotches.

    Also has a slight diamond cut.

    could be on the back as well.

    That's what I was thinking...and to be honest, I wouldn't mind.

    I think I'll be keeping an eye on it.

    Looks like there's a black haze or black snow of sorts all over the front. Especially under his name. Border doesn't look white.
    I don't think the PD card is a diamond cut. That whole left edge looks wrong to me.....ahem!
