Cleaning or lustre?

Did an impulse BIN on this one. Can't tell from the pictures if it has been cleaned or if that's lustre. Either way the details look EXTREMELY sharp for this type, considerably nicer than either the 2 in my collection, or the ones I usually see on Ebay.

    I don't know, but it can be lustre. The best 5 kopeks that I have are:

    That's the best "reddish" 5kopeks that I got. But I can't believe the reverses are both hit by verdiges. image

    If that IS uncleaned lustre, then my my my do you have a fine coin on your hands....!

    Looks original to me. But has some crud that looks like PVC on the obv in the middle and 5 o'clock; and corrosion/pvc on the rev at 12-3 o'clock
