    How about that! Since it really detracts from the cards "eye appeal", I am surprised it didn't recieve a PD qualifier.

    Who is Robin Roberts? I thought that is Berk Ross.

    The "blotch" is on the card. Very consistent looking black shade with the other black ink on the card. Sure is ugly as heck ain't it? Also looks like a ding on the bottom right corner which should have precluded it from being a PSA 7.

    That is definitely Berk Ross. In '51 he and Robin Roberts were team mates. Obviously the photographer was going down the alphabetical list (Roberts, Ross) and mixed the 2 up. Someone better contact Bob Lemke and get him to catalog the error.

    While we're at it, why is there a rough cut on one side and not the other?

    Also, those borders are pretty ugly too.

    1951 Berk Ross were issued in two-card panels with perforations separating the two halves. Adam B.

    The reason the Roberts card did not receive a PD qualifier is that DSL is the seller.
