PCGS points system is confusing to me. NGC is much easier to understand. For PCGS coins in a 1957 Registry Proof Set does a 67 DCAM Washington have the same points value as a 68 CAM? I've read all the information several times and still don't get it. Call me dumb, oh well. Thanks!

1957 Proof Set Coin Weight RD Bonus CA Bonus DC Bonus
1957 1C 1 1 2 3
1957 5C 1 - 1 3
1957 10C 1 - 1 2
1957 25C 1 - 1 2
1957 50C 2 - 1 2
The points are:
Cam 1
Dcam 2
So, 68Cam = 68+1=69
So, 67Dcam = 67+2=69
The proof series mainly has the Cam = Dcam - One Grade.
The individual coins series such as Franklins give higher net weighting to Dcams.
