What happens with registered mail if I'm not home when it's delivered? I'm going to be gone for 10 days.

    Your carrier will leave a slip and you'll have to go sign for it at the Post Office.

    It'll be sent registered mail, so they aren't allowed to just leave it in your box or at your door.
