Since my Cyrilic isn't up to par these days, I am asking for some help identifying this medal. Thanks in advance for your help

Box = Ministry of Education + acronym RSFSR = Russian Soviet Federal Socialists Republic

Obv = For outstanding Success and Exemplary Behavior in Learning
Rev = RSFSR = Russian Soviet Federal Socialists Republic
