What's the average time it takes for PSA to "check in" a submission?

  Hi-
  I sent in a 100 lot submission of 60's commons last Saturday from MN. It was received on Monday according to my insurance slip and logged into their system on Tuesday in the a.m. I received confirmation of my order on Tuesday night. If you haven't heard anything from them and you sent your cards in two weeks ago I would call their 800 # and at least make sure it has arrived! Best of luck!

  Lately, it's been around 4 to 5 days from when I mail the package to when it's logged into their system - and I live in Chicago. Last November, I handed in a modern bulk special order at the Chicago show and it wasn't logged in their system for 2 1/2 weeks.

  Thanks for the advice. I called PSA and found out the delay was due to submission error. At least they have my order. That is all I was really concerned about anyway.

  My last sub i realized after the fact that I failed to mark the outside of the box with the service level. I spammed PSA customer service with enough e-mail so that my package would surely be known by all when it arrived and met with many rolling eyes I am sure

  Mine are usually logged in the next business day after receipt.
