According to the website PSA shipped my graded cards (free submission) back to New York on 4/15. Still no cards. Isn't this too long?

Did you track it with the email confirming that it was shipped?
Tracking # is in that email. Still may show up any day. From CA to NY
under lock & key doesn't sound too long.

I dont know where you live, but it usually takes 5 business days for me to receive my PSA shipments from California and I live in Illinois.

Wasn't the 15th last Friday? Today is only 5 business days, not at all unusual for USPS Registered Mail.

I'd call them up on Monday if you don't get it by
then and ask them for the tracking #. I don't think
it should be a problem.

USPS registered mail is among the most expensive ways of shipping, and it's also one of the slowest for some reason.
