  83 total, 27 in PSA 8 NQ which is on the lower end of populations for that year in that grade.
  (For example there are 42 Gene Brabenders in PSA 8; not sure the urgency to get that player
  graded unless you read Ball Four religiously and took it as seriously as Gene Brabender allegedly
  took everything seriously); or 139 Elston Howards in PSA 8.
  
  BTW I used the pop report to suggest some cards to submit to PSA - anything possibly NM-MT
  with pop under 30 I sent in; alas very few 8's came back though...and yes Cepeda was submitted as a common
