1966 Topps Hi numbers

May very well be the most difficult to obtain. harder then even 1961

any opinions on this?

    add the short prt. 67's high #'s to that list they may be just as tough. these 1966 #'s were hardest to find for me #544 & 591.

    Look at the final standings for 1966. All of the major cities such as NY, Boston, Chicago which most certainly had the most baseball card collectors, were out of the pennant races by the end of the summer. LA and SF I would imagine probably did not have a "large" loyal following of baseball card collectors as each of these teams were less than ten years old. So the kids from these major cities of card collecting lost interest late in the summer and the higher numbers weren't bought and printed which led to the rarity. Just my opinion.
